Eagle's Nest
Our rustic log home officially opened to the
public on
August 2, 2003
. It has all the amenities of any
modern home with the rustic comfort of a pioneer camp.
Your home is built from hand-carved red pine.
It is 28 X 32 with two cozy bedrooms upstairs: one bedroom has a king bed
and the other has two twin beds convertible to a king. Each bedroom also has a
nice ceiling fan. There is also a
queen sofa sleeper in the living area. The
home sleeps six comfortably but arrangements can be made for several more people
by reserving the bunkhouse as well. The
Eagle's Nest has a full bathroom with shower.
Your kitchen, living, and dining area is all facing the lake with a
cathedral ceiling and two large ceiling fans adding a touch of elegance.
Your home comes completely furnished and with a full kitchen including a
dishwasher. You also have a counter
area with stools located so you can have a morning coffee and absorb the
magnificent scenery. Your home also
has free cable television and free local calls.
For relaxation you may eat your dinner on one of your large, covered
deck. Enjoy the view whether rain or
shine.
